Fri, 9 March 2007  Mick grabs the first win on the Fosters World Championship Tour in front of his hometown Snapper Rocks crowd of 10,000 plus. In an all Cooly Kids final surfing against longtime friend and currently unsponsored Bede Durbidge, Mick proved to the world that he owns Snapper Rocks. Mick is the first competitor to win his second victory at Snappers (previously won in 2005) pushing Mick up to the number 1 spot on the ratings and setting him up for potential first world title.
